The company was founded in Shanghai in 2011 and has been developing steadily for more than ten years. Manufacturing Process of Ductile Iron Articulated Pipes
1. Raw Material & Smelting
High-quality pig iron is selected and smelted at high temperatures, with precise control over chemical composition.
2. Spheroidization Treatment
The molten iron undergoes spheroidization and inoculation to refine graphite nodules and enhance mechanical properties.
3. Casting
The molten iron is poured into molds with precisely controlled temperatures to ensure dimensional accuracy and internal quality.
4. Cooling & Demoulding
The castings are cooled and demoulded to complete preliminary shaping.
5. Finishing & Polishing
Precision machining and polishing are carried out to ensure surface quality.
6. Anti-Corrosion Coating
surfaces are treated with anti-rust and coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Process of Glass Fibre Articulated Pipes
1. Raw Material Preparation
Glass fiber, unsaturated polyester or epoxy resin, with curing agent, accelerator and additives etc.
2. Mold Preparation
Molds are cleaned and coated with release agent for smooth demolding and dimensional accuracy.
3. Filament Winding
Resin-impregnated glass fiber is wound onto a mandrel at a predetermined angle to form the liner, structural and outer layers.
4. Curing & Demolding
After winding, the product is cured in an oven, then cooled and demolded.
5. Finishing
Precision machining ensures dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
6. Anti-Corrosion Coating
Surfaces receive anti-corrosion coating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing Process of Polyurethane Protection Pipes
1. Raw Material Preparation
Polyurethane prepolymer, chain extender, catalyst and other additives are precisely weighed according to the formula.
2. Mold Preparation
Molds are cleaned and coated with release agent to ensure smooth demolding and dimensional accuracy.
3. Mixing, Casting & Curing
The prepolymer and additives are mixed at high speed under vacuum, injected into preheated molds, and then cured in a curing oven.
4. Demolding
After curing and cooling, the product is demolded to obtain the semi-finished pipe.
5. Post-Processing
The pipe is trimmed, cut and precision-machined to meet assembly requirements.
